Fityt Türkçe

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 20 October 2026

Fityt collects nothing about you. It has no account, no analytics and no network connection of its own. This page explains what that means in practice.

What is collected

Nothing. Fityt gathers no personal information, no usage statistics, no diagnostics, no identifiers and no crash reports of its own. There is no account to create and no sign-in. There are no ads and no tracking, and the app contains no analytics code and no third-party software development kits.

Network access

Fityt makes no network requests, so the app cannot send anything you enter to anyone. The only thing it talks to is your own other device: the iPhone app and the watch app exchange data through Apple's WatchConnectivity framework, over the connection Apple provides between an iPhone and the Apple Watch paired with it.

What stays on your devices

On your iPhone, Fityt stores your modes (their names and rest times), your alert settings (sound, the 10-second warning and Remind again), whether you have seen the first-launch pages, and the last status the watch reported.

On your Apple Watch, it stores a copy of your modes and settings, the mode you selected, the state of the timer (when a rest ends, which mode it belongs to, and the rest an Undo would bring back), and whether you have seen the first-launch screens. The watch app and its complication share one storage area, so that the complication can show the timer.

All of this is kept as small JSON files in the apps' own storage on each device. It is removed when you delete the app.

Alerts

When a rest starts, the watch asks the system to schedule local notifications: one for the end of the rest, and others for the 10-second warning and the repeat reminders if you have turned them on. They are created and delivered on the watch itself. Fityt uses no push notification service and no server. A notification carries a short title ("Time's up" or "10 seconds left"), the name of the mode and, except on the 10-second warning, a time, and it stays on the watch.

Fityt asks for permission to send notifications on the watch. The watch tells the iPhone only whether that permission is on, and which version of your modes it has received, so that the iPhone app can warn you if alerts cannot reach you.

Moving between your iPhone and your watch

When you change a mode or a setting on the iPhone, the iPhone sends the full list of modes and settings to your watch through WatchConnectivity. That is all that travels, and it travels only between your own paired devices. Nothing is sent to a server, to me or to anyone else.

Children

Fityt is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, children included.

Third parties

No data is shared with anyone, because none is gathered. Fityt uses no third-party services or software development kits. Apple's own features that the app relies on, such as notifications and the link between your iPhone and watch, are covered by Apple's privacy policy.

This website

The pages of this website set no cookies, run no analytics and load nothing from other sites. They are served from Cloudflare Pages; like any web host, the servers that deliver a page can see technical details of the request, such as your IP address, in order to deliver it. The app does not visit the website itself. The privacy and support links in its About section open it in your browser.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever gains a feature that changes any of the above, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top will change with it.
